By accessing or using the Suvidha AI platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Suvidha AI ("Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Platform and all related services.
To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Platform. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a firm or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with compliance tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided as recommendations and should be verified by a qualified professional before being used for official filings or submissions.
The Platform offers both free and paid subscription plans. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are available on our Pricing page. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with the Platform, you may contact our support team within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided for remaining subscription periods.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal from your account settings at any time.
We take data security seriously. All data transmitted to and from the Platform is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
You retain full ownership of all Client Data uploaded to or generated through the Platform. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
Client Data is processed in-memory for the purpose of providing the Services. We follow a zero data retention policy — client files are not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.
The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, AI models, templates, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Suvidha AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. This license does not include the right to:

The Platform provides tools to assist with compliance workflows but does not constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice. Users should exercise professional judgment and consult with qualified advisors as necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suvidha AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. We will make your data available for download for a period of 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform. We will notify Users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
