Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suvidha AI ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

By clicking "Create Account", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration & Security

Creation & Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it updated at all times.

Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Eligibility

Must be 18+ years of age with legal capacity. If registering on behalf of a firm, you must have authority to bind it to these Terms.

Use of Services

The Platform is intended for professional compliance, accounting, and tax purposes. Permitted uses include:

AI Outputs: All AI-generated content is advisory only. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before submitting to any regulatory authority.

Subscription & Billing

Plans & Pricing

Free and paid plans are available. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. See our Pricing page for details.

Payment & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from Account Settings.

Refunds

Contact support within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. No refunds thereafter for the remaining period.

Data Privacy & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Client files are processed in-memory and not stored permanently beyond what is required to deliver the Service. You retain full ownership of all data you upload.

Intellectual Property

All Platform code, AI models, designs, and templates are owned by Suvidha AI. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Platform during your subscription. You may not:

Copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform
Build a competing product using Platform components
Sublicense or resell your access

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It does not constitute professional tax, legal, or financial advice — always exercise professional judgement.

Suvidha AI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may close your account anytime via Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, data will be available for download for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days before initiating legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and close your account.
